When students decide to bring in their art that is created outside of the art room, especially this piece that was drawn by a 5th grader in SPAIN over the summer, we like to call this an ACTION item.... and we LOVE it!!!!
This 7th grader is surely aspiring to be a FASHION DESIGNER when he grows up! <3
"LIFE IS A GREAT BIG CANVAS, THROW ALL THE PAINT ON IT YOU CAN!"
And don't forget to ask yourself, "How am I CARING?" through out October & beyond!
For Beauty & The Beast JR pictures! Students assisted with my paper mache mushroom that may be used near Bells cottage (thanks to Mrs. Wynne!) or the forest in the auditorium (thanks to Mrs. Ferrante!) Check back soon! Chao :)
The theme of this spring's book fair was Peace, Love, & Books, so what better way to pump up the hallways than with peace signs & hearts! The students had a blast collaborating with each other & so did I. :)
Sorry for the lack of posts recently! Between the book fair art and getting ready for Beauty & The Beast JR. there has been a lot going on, but its all in good fun!! Here is a couple of fun images from earlier in the month..
